This included a detailed analysis of the existing organizational and operational processes, followed by the definition of a target structure that meets future demands. Subsequently, the implementation of defined measures and projects was necessary to translate the new structures into practice. The goal was to create a more efficient, patient-oriented, and modern organization capable of meeting both the internal and external challenges of the healthcare industry.

The Approach.

Our approach to achieving these goals was consistently aligned with the patient journey, similar to the customer journey in marketing. This innovative approach in the healthcare sector was divided into three sequential phases:

  1. Current State Analysis: We began with a comprehensive analysis of the existing structures and processes, taking into account the entire patient journey. This included detailed interviews with executives and staff, the review of internal documentation, and the analysis of operational metrics. The aim was to obtain a clear picture of the current situation and identify weaknesses and optimization potential along the entire patient journey.
