Diversity.

What does this mean for us?
For us, diversity goes beyond LGBTQ+ and gender equality. Actually, all of that is secondary to us. We don't care about the gender you identify with. We don't care who you're attracted to, or what your skin color is, or what religion you belong to. We believe in rainbows. But more so, we believe that everyone can define their own flag. We believe in your individuality. We are proud that everyone is different. Our success is based on these differences. Take the freedom to be the best version of yourself! We have put these words into action by signing the Charter of Diversity. But we also commit to meeting diversity and inclusivity with a respectful and appreciative corporate culture, incorporating it into our personnel processes, and continuously promoting internal and external dialogue.

Freedom, for us, means having the space for self-determined work and life. We create pathways for ourselves and our partners to be able to shape projects freely and creatively. This freedom is based on our competence, mutual trust, and lived transparency.
