Flex-Work
Flexwork at Vindelici Advisors represents a flexible work culture: location-independent work, time-flexible collaboration, and decentralized work organization. If you don't need to be (at clients') on-site, you can work in remote or at other locations of Vindelici Advisors.
Company Offtime
We have the same number of days off per year across all locations. All employees, regardless of their primary workplace (relevant: federal state), have fourteen additional days off due to holidays in addition to thirty days of vacation.

Development
Your role defines specific requirements for your (further) development. Based on regular and structured development talks, you define and build an individual design of your role. You develop a strategy to achieve your professional as well as personal goals.
